How it works

The engine computes net profit after Hyperliquid fees, then applies the 12% escrow mechanism on each winning trade. That amount stays pending until the next trade.

  • Base: net PnL after Hyperliquid fees (taker/maker, funding).
  • Winning trade: 12% of the net profit is debited and stored in pending.
  • Losing trade or stop-loss after a pending balance: the previous pending amount is refunded to the client.

How escrow works

  1. Winning trade -> 12% of the profit is placed in pending on your account (visible but locked).
  2. Next winning trade -> previous pending is released to the manager. A new pending is created.
  3. Next stop-loss -> pending is refunded to you in full and boosts the next trade's stake.

What Nitro Quant does NOT take

  • No artificial spread on Hyperliquid price.
  • No fee on losing or flat trades.
  • No monthly subscription fee.
  • No custody fee - the platform never holds your funds, they stay on your Hyperliquid wallet.
  • No signal fee - the central engine computes a single candidate per cycle, dispatched to every account via the AES-256-GCM dispatcher.
