Nitro Quant is a software tool for signal generation, orchestration, and multi-account execution on Hyperliquid. The service is not a broker, bank, portfolio manager, or custodian, and does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

3. Market and execution risks

• Crypto assets are volatile and may lose all value.
• Automated executions may experience slippage, latency, and spread.
• Liquidity conditions may change abruptly.
• Past performance (5-year backtest) does not guarantee future results.

4. Wallet and security

You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, and devices. Hyperliquid private keys stored on the platform are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a master key kept outside the database. Any transaction signed from your wallet is deemed authorized by you.

5. Third-party services

Nitro Quant relies on third-party services such as Hyperliquid, RPC providers, oracles, and hosting providers. These services have their own terms. The platform is not responsible for outages, errors, lockups, losses, or interruptions caused by those third parties.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without any express or implied warranty of continuous availability, absence of bugs, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitro Quant shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including loss of capital, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, pricing errors, or trading decisions made on the basis of signals.

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including service access restrictions, sanctions, KYC/AML if required, and tax reporting and payment. The service is intended for adult users only.

9. Prohibited use

• Illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
• Market manipulation or abusive use of the infrastructure.
• Intrusion, aggressive scraping, attacks, or destabilization attempts.
• Identity impersonation or knowingly misleading statements.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nitro Quant against any claim, damage, cost, or proceeding arising from your use of the service, your breach of this disclaimer, or your violation of applicable law.
